Order Cancellation Policy

At Haven Nest, we pride ourselves on getting your orders processed and out the door as quickly as possible. Because we aim for rapid dispatch to help you create your perfect home sooner, we have a specific window for cancellation requests.

The 24-Hour Rule

Timeframe: All order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

How to Request: Please contact our support team immediately at havennest92@gmail.com with your Order Number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."

Shipped & Dispatched Orders

Once your item has been shipped, we cannot take cancellation requests. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible to meet our delivery promises. Once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier, the transit process is automated and cannot be stopped.

Missed the 24-Hour Window?

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return the item to us once it arrives.

Please do not refuse the delivery, as this can lead to items being lost in transit.

Accept the delivery and then follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds page to send the item back to our warehouse for a full refund.
