Order Process

1. Order Placement

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately.

2. Manufacturing

Your order is dispatched to our trusted in-house manufacturers for production.

3. Quality Checks

Every item undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards before dispatch.

4. Delivery Scheduling

Once ready, your order is scheduled onto the next available delivery route.

5. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation call from our dedicated delivery team 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery timeframe.

6. Driver Reminder Call

On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you at least 30 minutes before arrival to ensure someone is available to receive the order.

We deliver across mainland UK excluding Ireland and offshore islands.

Please note all delivery estimates are approximate and, in some cases, delivery may arrive sooner than expected.

Important Delivery Information

  • We do not offer guaranteed specified-day deliveries.
  • If there are certain days you are unavailable, please let us know after placing your order and we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, our driver will leave a calling card and you will need to contact us to rearrange delivery.
  • While we aim to provide fast and efficient delivery, some postcodes may experience slightly extended lead times.

Assembly & Room of Choice Services

Standard Delivery

All standard deliveries are made to the main communal entrance of the property unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Flats

Delivery will be made to the communal doorway only.

Houses

Delivery will be made to the front door.

Room of Choice Delivery – £34.99

Our delivery team will place your order into the room of your choice.

Please ensure:

  • Access routes are clear
  • There is enough space for safe movement of the furniture

Installation Service – £84.99

If you have selected installation, our team will assemble your new bed upon delivery.

Please note:

  • Existing beds must be dismantled before our team arrives
  • We are unable to dismantle or remove old beds due to health & safety regulations
